La Guardia Hotel is located in the downtown area of Cebu City. Where we are is one of the busiest places in the city, but please be advised - it's congested, dirty and does not look safe. Inside the hotel, it is clean and well-maintained. Outside the hotel is another matter.

But, as you can see from the map below, there are many hotels despite the pollution and safety concerns. If you plan to stay in a downtown Cebu hotel, please research about the area and ask for tips and recommendations from other Cebu visitors.

Where are the Beaches in Cebu?

La Guardia Hotel is located in Cebu City (on Cebu Island). Most beaches are located in Lapu-Lapu City (on Mactan Island). By vehicle, it takes about an hour to go to the beaches from our hotel.
